This policy applies to all communication conducted through our website, Learning Management System (LMS), mobile app, and official support channels.


1️⃣ Communication Tools & Channels

Users can communicate with the institution through the following channels:

  • Email (official school email addresses)

  • WhatsApp Support

  • Parent & Student Portal Messaging

  • LMS discussion boards / class forums

These tools are exclusively for academic, administrative, and support-related communication.


2️⃣ Communication Etiquette (Rules of Conduct)

All users are expected to follow proper etiquette, including:

  • Communicate with respect, courtesy, and professionalism

  • Use clear and appropriate language

  • Avoid any form of insult, harassment, or personal attacks

  • Do not share false information, rumors, or misleading content

  • Do not engage in political, sectarian, or religious debates

  • Do not share copyrighted, inappropriate, or harmful material

  • Protect personal data and avoid posting private information publicly

  • Follow instructions of teachers, administrators, and support staff

Failure to follow these guidelines is considered a violation of communication rules.

If a user violates communication etiquette, the organization may take one or more of the following actions:

    – The user will be informed about the violation and instructed to follow the rules.

  2. Temporary Restriction
    – Access to messaging, discussions, or LMS communication tools may be limited.

  3. Permanent Suspension
    – In serious or repeated violations, communication privileges or platform access may be fully revoked.

  4. Escalation to School Administration
    – Cases involving threats, bullying, or harmful behavior may be escalated for disciplinary action.

  5. Legal Action (If Required)
    – If communication includes fraud, threats, or misuse of personal data.
